Procurement Notice: DCS Pretoria Invites Bids for Goods and Services (Inmate Blankets)
Good morning,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of the Department of Correctional Services in Pretoria (DCS) to formally invite qualified and reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of inmate blankets to various correctional facilities. The blankets must meet the required standards for durability, hygiene, and comfort suitable for use in correctional environments.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the timely delivery of the blankets to designated facilities as per the department’s distribution plan. All blankets must comply with the department’s specifications regarding material, size, color, and quality.
This RFQ is aimed at ensuring the consistent provision of high-quality bedding items that support the health, safety, and dignity of inmates across all facilities.
All submissions must be directed to Josephine.Masimula@dcs.gov.za. Kindly note that late submissions will not be considered.
