🔍 Overview of the Scam
A fraudulent tender scam is currently circulating, falsely claiming to be from the Department of Employment & Labour. The email comes from:

This is not a legitimate government email. The domain labourgovetenders.online is not affiliated with the South African government or any of its departments.

🧠 How the Scam Works
You’re sent a fake RFQ asking for urgent supply of equipment or goods.
You’re told you don’t need to be in that line of business, just find a supplier.
You submit a quote.
They send you a fake purchase order (PO).
They recommend a “preferred supplier” (also fake).
You buy the items upfront and lose your money, because the supplier and tender are both fake.
