⚠️ Why This Is a Fraudulent Tender:

1. Fake or Impersonated Government Contacts

• Email addresses like modise.katlego@quote-dcs.online are not government domains.

• South African government emails always end in .gov.za.

• Using "dcs.gov.za" alongside a suspicious domain is a tactic to trick you.
