Dear National Gambling Board,

I am writing to report a suspected scam involving a betting platform called PlayWin Betting Shop, which operates on the website https://playwin.top.

I have made a deposit on the platform, and I currently have over R30,000 in pending transactions since March 2025. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, the platform claimed that I must make three deposits “to avoid clogging the database with bots” — which is clearly not a legitimate reason.

This platform appears to be using manipulative tactics to prevent users from withdrawing their funds. I have also found multiple complaints online from others who experienced the same issue — they are told to keep depositing, and no withdrawals are ever processed.

I kindly ask that you investigate this matter. If there is a way I can recover my funds or help stop others from being scammed, please let me know.
